start of new things

So that's it. The end of university as we know it.
It's been a whole month since I finished and 4 days since I officially graduated with a 2:1 BSc Hons degree in mathematics. Now for the real world and to achieve what I want in life. Scary stuff. But I don't know what I want to do. I don't know where to turn, where to go and what to aspire to be; and I actually quite like it.

What this past month has taught  me, is that in fact I finally have the space to think about what I want to do and be, whereas before I didn't have that time luxury. I'm taking these next few months to clear my head and really follow my own ideas and heart.

I can't wait for the decision to come to me, but for now I'm pretty happy just being me. I'm going to continue with my new job working as a sales advisor in a high street fashion store and developing my skills in that sector; I'm going to enjoy meeting up with friends I haven't seen for a long time; and I can't wait for the next time I see my wonderful, supportive boyfriend.

it's been a long time...

woops.
time has flown by since my last post. like, kind of 2 months. woops. not much has changed, i'm just carrying on with university lectures and watching time go by. finding out our summer exam timetable has shown me how fast this year has gone. before i know it, it will be summer and my life will be going down a new road.

i turned 21 on 28th february. it was the scariest day of my life. i feel like my childhood is over and seriousness must commence from now on. but my lovely friends reassured me that you perceive your life how you want it to be. and for now, i want to continue with the fun, and take one step at a time. my fun doesn't have to stop because im old... oh and my party was amazing. thank you to all my friends who made it so special.

I cannot believe that the scientist, painter and inventor can satisfy the heart of a 21st century gal. Sketches of a designer handbag have been found and an italian fashion house decided to manufacture the beautiful handbag to commemorate the masterpiece.

I have to say, I'm literally in love. Ahhhhhh...

Golden Globes 2012

Wow. There were some fantastic (and not so fantastic) outfits. Currently just gushing over the dresses that have been displayed. It makes me think if i will ever get the chance to wear something like them in my life, ever!

Literally, going insane.

Ok, so i'm currently six days into revision with my first exam on monday. And i think my body has declared me insane. I have definitely reached the depths of despair. Every now and then, my housemates and i just burst into fits of giggles...just because. It's getting to the stage where the stomach area is hurting far too much!

I have been singing this song, including whistling to keep me going. God help me when it fails though... :P

hello...

i actually set this blog up about 3 months ago. i've just never actually got around to writing anything as of yet. :s woops!
a friend of mine suggested that writing whatever was on my mind would really help to relieve any stress and worries that i might have.
